The Akai Professional MPC Key 37 combines the acclaimed MPC workflow with a compact keyboard, providing everything needed to create beats, bass and synth lines, dissect samples, and compose whole tracks without a computer. MPC Key 37 has a collection of Akai plug-ins, over 100 onboard effects, and wireless integration with Splice. This is all controlled by 16 iconic MPC pads, a 37-note synth-action keyboard, a 7" touch screen, and four real-time Q-link encoders. MPC Key 37 can also be the focal point of your independent studio, featuring MIDI I/O, 4 TRS CV jacks (8 TS outputs with breakout adapters), Bluetooth® MIDI, and Ableton Link, or connect to your computer and operate the MPC software as a plug-in within your preferred DAW.

The MPC Key 37 comes preloaded with a range of sounds and samples from Akai MPC's popular plugins. You can enjoy eight plugin instruments like Hype, Odyssey, Mellotron and more, along with over 8GB of production-ready samples and drum kits, offering more than 1000 presets that are ready to use. Each plugin instrument is equipped with advanced synthesis, deep parameter editing, and effects that help you to create the perfect sounds for your productions. With 32GB of internal storage and the option to expand your sample and instrument library through SD card and USB, you have enough space to go in any musical direction that you want.

CONNECTIVITY
The MPC Key 37 has a synth action keybed with aftertouch, pitch, and modulation wheels. The keyboard action is intended to offer a responsive feel for players and producers, whether they're recording basslines or rocking out synth leads. The 16 velocity-sensitive RGB pads are the same as those found on the award-winning MPC One+, allowing you to use the acclaimed MPC Time Correct, Swing, and Quantize functions that inspire top producers worldwide. The 7" multi-touch display and four Q-Link knobs allow for precise control and rapid access to the settings you want.
DAW INTEGRATION
The MPC Key 37 comes with a 2 In, 2 Out USB audio/MIDI interface, which enables you to directly record audio and MIDI from your computer. Additionally, the MPC2 software is a standalone DAW that can be used on both Mac and PC. It provides the same functionality and control as the hardware, but can handle limitless tracks. The MPC2 software is also available as a VST/AU plug-in for renowned DAWs such as Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Pro Tools, Studio One, and more.

Akai Professional Introduces MPC Stems
Enhance your creative workflow with the introduction of MPC Stems from Akai Professional which allows creators to separate stems within the MPC Series driven by MPC 2 Desktop Software. MPC Stems separates the individual elements of a track into drums, music, vocals and bass.
Akai’s MPC stems can be used to inspire creativity and provide a speedy workflow that still generates high-quality sounding results. Direct control of stem layers can be carried out using pads including volume adjustment, pan, pitch, start and end point.
MPC Stems is compatible with MPC Live, MPC Live2, MPC X, MPC XSE, MPC One, MPC One+, MPC Key 37, MPC Key 61, MPC Studio Mk2 when in controller mode. The MPC 2 desktop software needs to be running version 2.14 or higher.
