The M-Audio Keystation-61 MK3 is the third generation of the world’s best selling MIDI keyboard controller and features a simple, intuitive design that allows you to instantly sequence and play your virtual instruments on your Mac or PC. The 61 semi-weighted full-sized keys offer natural playability and are velocity-sensitive enabling you to perform expressively and will capture all your subtle nuances. This 61-key MIDI keyboard is perfect for music producers, musicians, and live performers thanks to the excellent features that perfectly replicate a piano and works to enhance your performances.
The Keystation 61 MK3 comes with a load of professional features such as transport controls and directional buttons that enable you to play, perform, and record within your music without the need for a mouse or trackpad as well as fully assignable octave shift buttons for accessing the whole note range. There is also a volume fader that lets you adjust the instrument's level while you play and can be used to make automation adjustments while pitch bend and modulation wheels enable you to perform expressively.
The rear of the keyboard is fitted with a 5-pin MIDI output port that allows you to connect your favourite hardware synths to the keyboard so you can easily trigger them as you wish while a ¼-inch sustain pedal input means you can use an external pedal to control the sustain of the keyboard, just like a genuine piano. The Keystation 61 comes with a lightweight and highly-durable construction which makes it perfect for live performers and producers who need a professional MIDI keyboard with a natural feeling keybed.
For ease of use and portability, the Key station 61 is powered via USB bus powering which is class compliant and fully supports USB-MIDI connectivity so you know you’ll always be able to perform, wherever you are. Also, this MIDI keyboard supports iOS connectivity when used in conjunction with the Apple Lightning t USB Camera Adapter, so you can perform and compose tracks using your audio applications on your iPhone or iPad.
