The Korg microAUDIO 722 takes audio interfacing beyond recording by blending studio precision with expressive analog sound shaping. Designed for musicians, producers, and sound designers, it combines high resolution audio performance with a genuine analog filter inspired by the legendary miniKORG 700S.
The microAUDIO 722 features 24 bit 192 kHz audio support, balanced inputs and outputs, and low noise preamps tuned for musical gain and clarity. It supports mic, line, and Hi Z sources with phantom power, making it equally suited to vocals, instruments, and electronic gear.
What sets microAUDIO 722 apart is its built in analog filter section. Featuring low pass, high pass, and bypass modes, the filter can process incoming signals as well as audio played back from your computer. Use it as an expressive tone shaping tool for synthesizers, add movement and character to digital sources, or connect a guitar or bass for auto-wah style effects with true analog response.
MIDI In and Out connectivity allows the filter to be automated and synced with external hardware or DAWs, opening up hybrid workflows that combine digital control with classic analog behaviour.
Built in loopback and USB C connectivity make microAUDIO 722 ideal for livestreaming, mobile production, and performance, while zero latency monitoring keeps everything responsive and immediate.
Included exclusively with microAUDIO is Filter Ark, Korg’s advanced filter plugin for DAW based production. It recreates iconic analog filters from instruments such as the MS 20, Polysix, miniKORG 700S, and ARP Odyssey, alongside modern filter designs. With flexible routing, modulation, and performance focused presets, Filter Ark turns filtering into a creative instrument in its own right.
A comprehensive software bundle including Ableton Live Lite, Native Instruments Komplete Select, and iZotope Ozone Elements ensures you can record, produce, mix, and master straight out of the box.
