The JBL BandBox Trio is a powerful all-in-one practice amp, portable PA and recording solution designed for musicians who want more than a standard practice speaker. Stream a track and the built-in AI stem technology separates vocals and instruments in real time, allowing you to mute parts, isolate solos and practice properly alongside your music.
You can learn songs faster, work on difficult passages or adjust pitch and key to suit your instrument or vocal range without retuning.
BandBox Trio is also ready for rehearsals and small performances. A built-in four-channel mixer lets you connect guitars, microphones, keyboards or electronic drums, making it suitable for solo artists, duos and small groups. JBL’s full-range speaker design, featuring a 6.5 inch woofer and dual tweeters, delivers up to 135W of clean output with clarity and volume suitable for garages, rehearsals and mobile setups.
A wide selection of guitar amp models and onboard effects provides tones from clean to high-gain without needing external pedals. Dedicated microphone effects including reverb and delay help vocals sit properly in the mix, while the integrated drum machine and looper make it easy to build backing tracks and practice timing.
BandBox Trio also doubles as a USB-C audio interface so you can record directly into your DAW. The JBL One app gives full remote control of EQ, tone shaping, amp models, effects and AI separation from your phone. A rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of operation and can be swapped for extended sessions, while headphone support allows silent practice at home.
