The JBL BandBox Solo is your all-in-one practice amp, speaker and recording tool designed to make playing along to music simple. Plug in your instrument, stream a track and start jamming. Built-in AI stem separation splits vocals, guitar and drums in real time so you can mute the original performer and take their place, or isolate parts to practice properly.
Whether you are learning songs, improving timing or just playing for fun, the BandBox Solo helps you practise smarter. Built-in tools including a tuner and metronome keep you in time and in tune, while pitch and key adjustment lets you match songs to your instrument or vocal range without retuning.
JBL’s audio design delivers clear, full-range sound from a compact unit, with 18W of clean output suitable for home practice, rehearsals and casual jamming. A wide selection of guitar amp models and effects means you can dial in anything from vintage warmth to modern drive without needing external pedals.
The free JBL One app gives full control from your phone. Adjust EQ, volume and effects, swap amp models, manage tools and use AI separation directly from the app. The integrated LED display keeps everything visible when you need it and stays out of the way when you don’t.
BandBox Solo also works as a USB-C audio interface, letting you record straight into your DAW with no additional hardware. With up to 6 hours battery life and headphone support for silent practice, it is ready for late-night sessions, songwriting ideas and daily routines.
