JBL 308P MkIII Powered 8-inch Two-Way Studio Monitor

The JBL 308P MkIII is the largest full-range monitor in the redesigned 3 Series MkIII range, combining an 8-inch low-frequency driver with a new high-frequency system for accurate monitoring across a wide listening area.

The redesigned woofer features a stiffer cone, upgraded magnet assembly and aluminium shorting ring, improving power handling while helping to reduce distortion. Its front-firing JBL Slipstream port is designed to provide more predictable low-frequency performance, making the 308P MkIII easier to position in project studios and other compact spaces.

JBL’s redesigned high-frequency driver and Image Control Waveguide help deliver consistent coverage and a wide stereo image, while the new Class D amplifier provides increased output, greater headroom and lower noise.

The 308P MkIII also gives you straightforward control over room placement. Four one-touch EQ controls provide 81 corrective EQ combinations, allowing you to adjust for speaker position, distance from walls and high- or low-frequency response without needing calibration software or measurement equipment.

Balanced Neutrik combo inputs and selectable +4 dBu / -10 dBV sensitivity make connection simple, while eight M4 mounting points allow the monitors to be elevated, inverted or positioned for side-firing applications.
