The LSUB1500A comes fitted with a large 15-inch woofer provides you with the perfect low-end extension and works to deliver a frequency response that ranges from 45 Hz – 150 Hz. The 1200w Class D amplifier works effortlessly to provide an exceptional sound pressure level that can reach 131dB. A range of active protection circuits helps the speaker maintain itself and prevent circuitry damage. The protection circuits include a thermal protector, under-voltage and over-current protectors, a short circuit protector, and a subsonic filter that works as a high-pass filter to eliminate subsonic frequencies. A built-in peak limiter prevents overloaded and loud signals from damaging the integrity of the speaker.

The rear panel on the LSUB1500A comes fitted with two combo ¼-inch TRS Jack/XLR inputs as well as two XLR thru outputs for linking multiple speakers, and two mid/high XLR outputs for satellite and front of house speakers. The heavy duty enclosure features a thick 16mm MDF wood construction that is designed to withstand the stresses of everyday on-stage use and is finished with textured acrylic enamel. A metal grille covers the driver keeping it protected and is backed with acoustically transparent foam that prevents dust and dirt from entering the system.
