The Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 3rd Gen is a high studio-quality 8-in, 6-out audio interface. It makes it easier to capture detailed and precise recordings every time. The unit offers two 3rd Generation mic pres, switchable to line or Hi-Z instrument inputs, four fixed line inputs, four balanced outputs and everything you require to mix and master your music.
The two 3rd Generation Scarlett mic preamps sound fantastic right out of the box. Air mode emulates the renowned effect of Focusrite's ISA mic pres, making vocalists and instruments sparkle. The high-impedance, high-headroom instrument inputs are ideal for recording guitar or bass without clipping, and the trademark Gain Halos make it simple to adjust input levels quickly.
Four balanced outputs are hum-free for clean monitoring and work well as FX sends. Two powerful headphone outputs with independent level controls allow you to monitor, mix, and master as you like. Loopback simplifies streaming and sampling.
It also includes some of the industry's most popular tools, such as Ableton Live Lite, Avid Pro Tools Artist, and Hitmaker Expansion, as well as plugins from famed Auto-Tune® designers Antares®, Brainworx®, Softube®, Landr, XLN Audio®, Relab, and others.
