American DJ Hydro Beam X2 Lighting Effect

The American DJ Hydro Beam X2 is an IP65 rated, professional moving head lighting effect that comes fitted with an Osram Sirius HRI 370w long-life discharge lamp that offers a 6000-hour life expectancy alongside exceptionally sharp 3-degree beam. Thanks to the IP65 rating, this lighting effect is perfect for both indoor and outdoor use; a robust sealed case gives you an extended operating life and reduces maintenance requirements. The durable case works to protect the effect against dust, sand, and moisture which makes it ideal for mobile DJs, music venues, festivals, club and bar venues, entertainment facilities, events productions, and open-air clubs.

A linear motorised focus ensures your projections always look as sharp and crisp as possible. An independent frost filter works to create a wash effect that’ll fill your dance floor in vibrant colour while a dimmer function offers smooth dimming abilities that can range between 0 – 100%. There is also a strobe function that includes various flashing speeds and creates an interesting effect that is sure to hype your audience.The Hydro Beam X2 comes with an integrated colour wheel and a GOBO wheel. The colour wheel offers ten colours as well as an open option while the GOBO wheel provides you with five glass gobos, three metal gobos, three gobo reducers, and an open option. All gobos rotate so you can switch between projections and can be removed entirely and replaced so you can put in your own gobo projections if needed.

The moving head lighting effect comes with a pan of 540-degrees alongside a tilt of 270-degrees, both of which feature a 16-bit resolution. An OLED display with menu buttons enables you to control the effect and various modes directly from the unit itself while the DMX and PowerCON inputs are finished with protective rubber covers that prevent liquids, dust, and dirt from entering the system. The Hydro Beam X2 comes with DMX512 control ability that offers 2 DMX channel modes with 14 or 16 channels available.
