The Akai MPK Mini Plus II is a compact 37-key MIDI keyboard controller designed for music production, beat making and live performance. Combining an upgraded mini keybed with MPC pads, assignable controls and creative performance tools, it gives you plenty of control over your music without taking up too much space in your setup.
The three-octave keyboard is joined by eight velocity-sensitive RGB MPC pads with aftertouch, ideal for finger drumming, triggering samples and launching clips. The built-in arpeggiator, Chord and Note Repeat modes, along with Glitch, Mutate and Strum functions, offer additional ways to experiment with melodies, rhythms and chord progressions.
With integration for MPC Standalone, MPC Desktop and popular DAWs, the MPK Mini Plus II makes it easy to control your software instruments and production workflow. You can also connect external MIDI equipment, synthesizers and modular gear, making it a versatile option for a range of studio setups.
The MPK Mini Plus II comes with a selection of production software, including MPC Beats, Native Instruments Komplete Select (Akai Edition) and the Studio Instrument Collection, featuring over 1,000 sounds from AIR Music Tech, Moog Music and Akai Professional.
