The APC64 is a cutting-edge Ableton Live controller that takes control and performance to a new level. The controller features 64 RGB velocity-sensitive pads with poly-aftertouch, a comprehensive internal step sequencer, eight completely assignable touch strips, and much more.

When using Ableton Live for music production or live performance, you may take complete control with the help of the APC64. Launch clips (and more) in the studio's darkness or the stage's bright spotlights with the 8x8 pad matrix's 64 velocity-sensitive RGB pads. You can give your performances more personality with the help of 8 customisable Touch Strip controllers.

Put vibrato, modulation, filter cutoff, and other settings within easy reach. Keep sight of what you're doing or where your levels are at thanks to the APC's colour screen, which displays information about what you're controlling and where they are.

APC64 is an excellent tool for making music. Using the 8x8 pad matrix as a musical canvas, you can create original melodies and chord progressions with the Notes and Chords modes. If you're having trouble coming up with ideas, try out the Mutate and Probability functions to see where they lead your music, and then record the results right away on the device's built-in 8-track, 32-step Sequencer.

Utilise hardware workflows for DAW control to bring out Ableton Live's full potential. APC64 has scene launch buttons and transport controls like play/pause/record. You can play music, alter the volume, tweak the sends, and pan the sound around the room.

In addition to saving time and keeping you motivated and productive, Ableton Live's illuminated mode buttons allow you to access the program's features quickly. Dig deeper into Live's devices by directly controlling instruments, effects, processors, and more.

APC64 can manage your MIDI/CV gear for DAW-free, standalone use, so you can take it anywhere your inspiration takes you. You may plug your synths, Eurorack modules, keyboards, drum machines, and more into APC64 and power them with a USB connection.

The APC 64 features 1 MIDI in and 2 MIDI out ports (through tiny TRS jacks) and 8x CV / Gate outputs. The eight touch strips provide continuous control over the Step Sequencer's maximum of 8 tracks, each of which can have 32 steps and 16 notes of polyphony. The included APC Project Editor Software allows you to create a unique layout and save settings for later use.

Classic keyboards, synths, reverb, voice processing, and retro effects are included in the APC 64's collection of Air instruments and Sonivox VST / AU plug-ins. This consists of the Sonivox Essential Keyboard Collection, Half Speed, Flavour, Air Instruments' Tubesynth, Electric, Ether, and Vocal Tuner. Sampletools by CR2 Records, which includes 1GB of loops and drum samples, is also included.

Ableton Live is the go-to digital audio workstation for live performances, looping, and composition. Live's workflow is based on two different views, Session View and Arrange View, which allow for both improvised and more planned arrangements when combined.

Ableton Live comes preloaded with various instruments but also supports an almost infinite amount of expansion packs, instruments, and sounds. DrumRack is a potent sample-editing application. You may quickly move around in DrumRack by manipulating different pads, sections, and more. You can also promptly sample and manipulate your own sounds to make your own kits.
