HK Audio Polar 12 Column PA Speaker System

Introducing the HK Audio Polar 12 column PA system which offers a 24-bit DSP that produces clear high-definition audio and natural sounds with incredibly low distortion, across the frequency spectrum. The speaker system features five user presets, an integrated four-channel mixing console, flexible connection including Bluetooth 5.0 streaming capability, a Class D amplifier, and a powerful super-sized subwoofer.

The precision of the column is superb thanks to the use of the six ultra-lightweight 3-inch neodymium midrange drivers. The sound distribution is a 120° throw pattern, which is helped by the 1-inch high-frequency driver with a constant directivity horn, which ultimately provides a nice balance of audio throughout a venue.

The subwoofer is housed in a delightful wooden cabinet that features curved sidewalls for suppressing resonance. When the volume is turned up, you will find that the powerful sub will run at an optimum level and still produce crystal clear sounding low frequencies. The 12-inch woofer comes with a 2.5-inch voice coil and an extra-large magnet so that it can handle a constant high-performance output.

There is a quality in-built four-channel mixer that features a master volume knob, a dual XLR / ¼-inch (6.35mm) combo jack for microphones and line signals, a high-impedance instrument channel an aux channel and future resistant Bluetooth 5.0 audio streaming capability. The powerful Master EQ settings can store up to five user presets, and there are three sound modes in the form of Speech, Music and DJ.

The Polar 12 is ideal for DJs as it can handle the high frequencies effortlessly, but even more so the intense bass. It is also an excellent choice for bands and live performers, thanks to its powerfulness and even distribution of sound, even when audio levels differ. The system comes complete with a carry bag for the column, as well as a padded cover for the subwoofer.
