Zone Controllers can also be used for output muting or adjusting output volumes.What type of microphone do I need to use with my DRPA?You need an omni-directional, flat frequency, measurement microphone. The dbx RTA-M ($149.95 MSRP)is perfect for this application and is available from your local dbx dealer.Why can`t I use just a regular mic to pink my room?The RTA needs to be able to pick up all frequencies from 20Hz to 20kHz. Regular mics have frequency plots that can be all over the place. Bumps and dips at various frequencies would cause the RTA to hear pink noise incorrectly.Can I make a mono input to 4 or 6 full-range output configuration on the DRPA? Yes, you can select mono input while in the WIZARD mode. This will split input 1 signal to input 2. You can then run the HI/LO pass filters on the x-over out to 20Hz-20kHz on all six outputs.
