We’re passionate about discovering the next generation of DJ talent, and together with Bishop’s Waltham Festival, we’re giving aspiring DJs the chance to step into the spotlight.

Create a 60-minute mix, upload it to SoundCloud or Mixcloud, and send your link to [email protected] with the subject line: BWF Competition Mix. Please see Key Requirements below.
Four finalists will be selected and invited to perform live in our professional DJ booth on Saturday 9th May 2026… but only one will earn their place on the main stage.

Key Requirements
- You must be 18 or over
- Submit a 60-minute progressive house or progressive trance mix suitable for the event
- Deadline: Friday 24th April 2026

How to Increase Your Chances
- Match the vibe – Keep your mix aligned with progressive house/progressive trance energy
- Sound quality matters – Clean, well-recorded audio and properly labelled links
- Be original – Show creativity with mixing techniques, edits, mashups, or your own productions
Important Info
- You must be available to travel to our store in Southampton on Saturday 9th May 2026
- You must also be available for Bishop’s Waltham Festival on Friday 26th June 2026
- Finalists will be contacted using the details provided
- The winner will be chosen on the day by one of The DJ Shop’s experienced DJs
- By entering, you agree that The DJ Shop may announce finalists and the winner across our social channels
