American DJ Focus Flex Moving Head

The American DJ Focus Flex is an adaptable moving head lighting effect unit that can provide wash, beam, and pixel effects. It is ideal for event production, rental applications, and permanent installation in nightclubs, concert halls, theatres, and churches. It was created to give lighting designers flexibility and creative potential.
 
Seven powerful 40-watt 4-in-1 RGBW colour mixing LEDs, each with independent control, are used to power the fixture. A wide range of output colours that may be tailored to any mood or desired appearance can be produced by varying the intensity of the principal LED colours. The fixture has a handy Virtual CMY mode that enables control of native CMY colour mixing fixtures alongside the fixture using hardware/software CMY colour picker/palette tools. Additionally, it provides control over the virtual foreground and background colour wheels in addition to white light output with adjustable colour temperature ranging from 2700K to 10,000K. Either linear control or ten helpful presets can be used to access this. Meanwhile, the fixture may be utilised to create stunning pixel-mapped effects by manipulating the seven LEDs separately. All LEDs used to build the Focus Flex have undergone colour calibration to ensure consistent output across fixtures from various batches.

The Focus Flex's motorised zoom enables remote adjustment of the beam angle between a wide 55° and a narrow 5°, creating both broad washes and precise beams. Its lightning-fast motor movement makes it possible to create breathtaking, high-impact aerial effects, and its 16-bit fine motor control guarantees accurate positioning.

Focus Flex is a versatile fixture that offers a variety of adjustable settings, including changeable LED refresh rate and dimming modes, as well as a range of DMX mode options [7 DMX Modes - 16/25/34/42/50/25 (CMY)/28 (CMY) Channels], suited for various applications. On the side panel of the fixture, there is a colour LCD panel with a 6-button menu interface that may be used to access these. There is also a USB connector for quick firmware updates in the future.
