American DJ Focus Flex L7 Moving Head

The American DJ Focus Flex L7 is a versatile moving head light unit with wash, beam, and pixel effects. It is compact, rapid, and powerful. It is suited for event production, rental applications, and permanent installation in nightclubs, concert halls, theatres, and churches. It is designed to provide lighting designers with both freedom and creative versatility.
 
The fixture is powered by seven powerful 40-watt 4-in-1 RGBL colour-mixing LEDs, which may be operated independently. A wide range of output colours can be made by varying the strength of the principal LED colours to fit any mood or desired look. The fixture has a simple Virtual CMY mode that permits control alongside native CMY colour mixing fixtures utilising CMY colour picker/palette tools in hardware/software. It also has control over the Virtual Foreground and Background Colour Wheels and white light output with a changeable colour temperature ranging from 2700K to 10,000K. This can be accessed by linear control or a set of ten useful presets. Meanwhile, by manipulating the seven LEDs separately, the fixture can produce amazing pixel-mapped effects. All LEDs used to build the Focus Flex L7 are colour-calibrated to ensure consistent output between batches.
 
The Focus Flex L7's field angle can be changed remotely between a vast 55 degrees and a small 6 degrees, allowing it to create extensive washes and concise beams. Its lightning-fast motor movement enables the creation of dazzling high-impact aerial effects, while 16-bit fine motor control provides exact positioning.

The Focus Flex L7 is a versatile fixture with several DMX mode options (requiring between 16 and 28 control channels) that are ideal for various applications and many adjustable options, such as changeable LED refresh rate and dimming modes. These are accessed via a colour LCD panel with a 6-button menu interface positioned on the fixture's side panel, as well as a USB connector for quick firmware updates in the future.
