Alesis V25 MKII 25-Key USB-MIDI Keyboard Controller

The Alesis V25 MKII MIDI keyboard is an intuitive MIDI controller that allows you to control your music software using a series of pads, knobs and buttons. With 25 full-sized, velocity-sensitive, synth-action keys, including octave buttons, you can expand the keyboards full piano range.

The V25 MKII also features four MIDI-assignable knobs and buttons for virtual instrument and DAW control, eight velocity-sensitive LED-backlit pads that arm you with complete level and note repeat controls, and pitch-bend and modulation wheels that expand the expressive capabilities of your performing.

Additionally, there is a ¼-inch sustain pedal input for where an external sustain pedal can be connected, although please note, this is sold separately. Finally, the MK2 has an adaptable Arpeggiator with six modes, time division, swing controls, gate and tap tempo.

Plug-and-Go Software

The V25 MKII is designed to seamlessly and effortlessly integrate with your music software. A single USB connection to your Mac or PC provides both power and MIDI functionality, allowing you to plug the keyboard controller directly into your computer and start making music. The keyboard also effortlessly works with iOS devices via Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter (sold separately).

All the knobs, buttons, and pads illuminate to provide real-time visual feedback and are laid out for an intuitive workflow. Plus, the V25 MKII’s compact design makes it easy to take this powerful MIDI controller on the road or implement it into any sized studio.

Bundled Music Software

The MPC Beats software bundle is included with the Alesis V25 MKII keyboard, which adds to the plug-and-play capability. The software is based on the renowned MPC workflow and is crammed full of beat-making features to ensure you create great sounding beats, including TubeSynth, Electric, and Bassline. Additionally, seven MPC Beats Expansion Packs, covering various genres, are also included to ensure all musical tastes are catered for. Melodics, premium music education software, is also included which guides new users through the music creation process.
