Pioneer DJ Rekordbox update – version 4.3.1

Pioneer has released an update to their Rekordbox software (v 4.3.1) where by a number of reported issues have now been fixed and a couple of features have been enhanced.

The issues fixed include the software freezing when using Pro DJ Link or having selected a playlist on a device. Users had reported Rekordbox occasionally crashed when an effect in single FX mode was selected, Sync Manager was set to a certain mode, when trying to log in to Pulselocker, and when the Rekordbox software was being installed on a MAC or when connecting a DDJ-RZX.

The following issues have also been reported as fixed, which includes when the waveform drawing rate was set to low speed it was said a flash of an enlarged waveform could be seen, the FX2 knob on a controller was not working correctly when in single FX mode, Pulselocker was running very slowly at times, when trying to load tracks in Pulselocker that were not permitted in your country a “Not connected to the Internet” message was displayed, Duplicate playlists/folders were created when importing/exporting/syncing, when selecting CUE following the loading of a track waveforms and info was being incorrectly displayed, video screen flickering when loading a video file, Mac screen size was not loading correctly with 1280x800 screen resolution, unable to access JOG, CUE and LOOP during HOT CUE GATE playback when hitting a pad endlessly whilst QUANTIZE was on, finally video and other minor stability issues have been improved.

The two enhanced features include a button that has been added which cancels the downloading of offline tracks through Pulselocker, and PC MASTER OUT where noise may be present when selected computers and DJ equipment are connected.
