Please note that if you are sending items to us for repair please make sure you include the following:

Your invoice/sales receipt (photocopy is sufficient)
A detailed description of what the fault is, when it occurs, how frequent and any information regarding the equipment you are using with the item.

Please ensure you send the item(s) back in their original packaging and enclose a receipt for the cost of postage. You are liable for any damages for items in transit back to our premises, we strongly recommend that you take out the appropriate insurance offered by the couriers/postal service.
