We are pleased to announce that The DJ Shop has extended their sponsorship of the sixteen-time world champion and greatest ever darts player Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor, right up until he departs from the professional darts circuit at the end of the year.
We are extremely proud to have this partnership with Phil and wish him the very best with his up and coming events. You will see The DJ Shop logo on ITV4 over the next three weekends from the Master Series being held in Australia and New Zealand (11th to 13th August 2017, 18th to 20th August 2017 and 25th to 27th August 2017).
BBC 1 and BBC2 are covering the Champions League of Darts on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th September 2017 where we will be fully supporting Phil and is another chance to see our sponsorship logo.
Phil announced earlier this year that it would be his last year on the professional darts circuit. It has been confirmed that Sky Sports will be covering his last ever two tournaments; The Grand Slam of Darts, 11th to 19th November, and The World Darts Championship taking place at Alexandra Palace in London, starting in December. The DJ Shop will proudly join him in wrapping up his exceptional professional career and support him until the end.
We would also like to mention that we have also agreed on sponsorship with both Simon Whitlock and Steve West, along with being a continuing sponsor for World Youth Champion Keegan Brown.
Taylor, Whitlock and West all debuted The DJ Shop logo during the World Matchplay Darts held at The Winter Gardens in Blackpool earlier this year.
